Jonathan Tuteur is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), leadership development facilitator, author, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience working with organizations across numerous industries, including financial services, government, higher education, non-profit, retail, healthcare, and tech. Jon's coaching work focuses on helping CEOs, senior executives, and emerging leaders optimize their performance, enhance their mindset, and achieve their potential. He brings warmth, authenticity, and humor to his sessions, which helps create a safe space for his clients to go deep and focus on the most impactful areas for growth and development. He has helped his clients with a multitude of challenges including optimizing their charisma and executive presence, identifying & living their passions, overcoming perfectionism, and leaning into their power & embracing productive conflict.
His recently published book, Seizing Today: Discovering Purpose & Authenticity in a Life-Changing Diagnosis, tells the story of his transformative journey through the complexities of epilepsy. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the Federal Executive Institute where he teaches an emotional intelligence course to senior leaders. His writing has been featured in publications including CEO World and Mentors Collective.
Jon has a B.B.A with a double major in Human Resources & Information Systems and a minor in Psychology from The George Washington University. He also holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Jon lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife, Julia, and their two daughters, Naomi and Josephine. All three are the loves of his life, followed by his passion for reading and Philadelphia sports teams.
